Childbirth Educator Training - Early Bird Pricing (ends 3 months prior)**

Birth Boot Camp Childbirth Educators will be prepared to teach couples all they need to know to make informed decisions about their birth. As an instructor, you will learn how to teach the Birth Boot Camp classes in a way that is fun and engaging. Learn how to build a professional and satisfying business doing what you love!

Cancelation Policy

All fees are non-refundable. If applicant desires to change to either a later workshop date or our online training, a $250 fee will be applied. This $250 fee is due immediately to reserve the applicant’s spot in the new workshop.

Terms

I understand that if I pay the early bird pricing AFTER the stated deadline for the workshop I plan to attend, Birth Boot Camp will invoice me for the remaining balance, and I will be obligated to pay it.
I understand that all prerequisites (study modules) must be completed before attending the workshop.
I verify that all of the information given in this registration form is true.
I understand that photographs and video will be taken at the workshop which may include me. I agree to and allow Birth Boot Camp to use these photographs and video for promotional purposes online and in print.
I will allow Birth Boot Camp to use quotes from my training evaluations (which I may fill out anonymously) for promotional purposes online and in print.
Birth Boot Camp reserves the right to refuse any registrations.
