Birth Doula Training - Payment Plan

Birth Boot Camp Birth Doulas will be prepared to support families and help them have amazing births. As a birth doula, you will learn how to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to the many families that you serve. Train with Birth Boot Camp to learn how to build a professional and satisfying business doing what you love!

Payment Plan - Pay 2 monthly payments of $447.50 for a total of $895. A $50 fee has been added to the payment plan.

Cancellation Policy

All fees are non-refundable. If applicant desires to change to either a later workshop date or our online training, a $300 fee will be applied. This $300 fee is due immediately to reserve the applicant’s spot in the new workshop.

Terms

I understand that all prerequisites (study modules) must be completed before attending the workshop.
I verify that all of the information given in this registration form is true.
I understand that photographs and video will be taken at the workshop which may include me. I agree to and allow Birth Boot Camp to use these photographs and video for promotional purposes online and in print.
I will allow Birth Boot Camp to use quotes from my training evaluations (which I may fill out anonymously) for promotional purposes online and in print.
Birth Boot Camp reserves the right to refuse any registrations.
